Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Medicine and Anthropology from NYU. After graduation, she relocated to Dubai, where she gained valuable experience in healthcare operations while working with a plastic surgeon—managing surgical scheduling, recruiting healthcare professionals, and overseeing practice communications. During this time, she also developed a strong interest in public health and global travel.

Upon returning to Colorado, Lee pursued her passion for patient care by earning a second Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, where she discovered a deep commitment to women’s health and patient advocacy.

Today, Lee combines her diverse clinical and administrative background to bring unique insight and dedication to her role at Intercare Locums, supporting both providers and healthcare organizations with professionalism and compassion.
